The nuclear fission of copper would increase the mass defect. That means, that the nuclear reaction consumes energy instead of releasing energy. Therefore it is physically impossible to gain energy from splitting Cu and create a bomb on this principle. EpsilonSquared (talk) 18:30, 1 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
