There needs to be some additional information added about Sammy's racing experience before the 1983 "debut" noted. I saw Sammy race in Jackson, TN on the dirt track in 1977. He was great then and carried that experience forward. There needs to be a race history added showing what he did before he became famous. - Scott Sheeler (talk) 18:15, 15 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
