There is "Minor Descent", a blog/ family website concerning the Colemans/ Colmans. It says (Nov. 13, 2012), that Samuel Coleman studied with Asher B. Durand aged 18 years old; although a bit down the article it is said that 'he is believed' to have studied under Durand.--Ralfdetlef (talk) 13:49, 20 November 2022 (UTC)Reply
