Merge with Snow fence?
editThis article seems to be a copy and paste jobbie with Snow fence. Perhaps they should be merged?
ADRECS
editRemoving the following sentence:
- The ADRECS (Aerially Delivered Re-forestation and Erosion Control System) proposes aerially delivering automatically deployable sand frences and forest plantings on a vast scale to arrest sand storms and desertification in china and other deserts.
This sentence does not belong tacked to the end of this article. ADRECS is not a sand fence. It isn't even something that actually exists. It's a seven-year-old proposal that has garnered zero mention beyond the original paper. It is not notable and not relevant to the topic of the article: sand fences.
If this technique is ever put into practice, it may then warrant a mention in this article. But today, right now, it is not a useful addition. See also Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Aerially Delivered Re-forestation and Erosion Control System. —Ryan (talk) 19:29, 24 June 2011 (UTC)
