SanDisk's Name Revision to "Sandisk"

[edit]

Ahead of the spin-off between Western Digital and Sandisk, the latter no longer use the "SanDisk" style in the general purpose. The "D" in the Sandisk name is now in lower-case. This page shall be renamed to "Sandisk" to reflect this. 180.251.229.115 (talk) 08:04, 12 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Seems like Jack was a key figure and stayed with the company for nearly 2 decades before stepping away to retire, but at this time, Jack Yuan would be a redlink.

Is this just a case of someone leading such a private life that there's not enough reference material to make a page out of? I would otherwise consider the founder of probably the best-known and earliest flash storage companies to be quite noteworthy, even if he's led a relatively-quiet life.

I realize this isn't directly related to the page, but I'm not sure where else to ask this question, and I figured people interested in editing this page might also have some interest in its founders. Felice Enellen (talk) 22:05, 27 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
