My photo was used without my permission

I took this photo and I have not released it into the public domain. I was not credited as its author, copyright holder, or photographer. I do not recall giving permission for it to be used. I have tried to contact the person who posted it, but they do not appear to be listed. It appears to have been lifted from my website at: http://americanindian.net/kusi/jackiecollins/photo28.html .

editHi, I made some true edits but someone removed, not sure why as I was including nothing promotional. I would like these 2 awards added.
- In 2017, Maas was recognized by Ranch & Coast Magazine as "Best News Personality."[1]
- In 2021, Maas was honored by The San Diego Business Journal as a "Woman of Influence."[2]
