Westfield Content Change Request
editHello. My name is Erik Even, and I am a Web Producer for Westfield Corporation. We're concerned that many of the Wikipedia pages for Westfield centers have incorrect or outdated information, and even content that is not NPOV.
I have read the rules for Conflict of Interest, and I will not be attempting to make any page edits. I will simply be going into talk pages, and suggesting edits, which the community may then either act on or not. I genuinely appreciate any help you can give.
Our suggested text is below, which is meant to be the first paragraph.

Westfield Sarasota Square, formerly known as Sarasota Square Mall, is an 850,000 square-foot, single-level outdoor shopping mall in Sarasota, Florida. It is owned by the Westfield Corporation. Sarasota Square 6 East date may be wrong
editThe article states that the Sarasota Square 6 East theaters opened in a separate building in 1978, but the cited article only states that the internal theater was circa-1977, and that the first showing of a movie in the East Theaters occurred in 1983. Proposing to delete 1978 and word that section to speak more generally. Quote of applicable text from citation: "The American Multi-Cinema Sarasota Square 6 East showed its first features on December 16, 1983. With its completion, the circa-1977 cinema inside the mall became the Sarasota Square 6 West." MARQUIS111 (talk) 21:20, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
