Deleted episode guide

edit

I remember a fairly detailed run-down on the events of the show, but that has gone missing now. Is it possible to put it back in? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 168.103.252.35 (talk) 07:19, 12 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Spam Email Promotion

edit

Unsolicited spam emails promoting this program have recently been sent out from "eatfreenub@yahoo.com" that direct the recipient to this Wikipedia page. As a result, most of this article was probably created by persons paid by Cartoon Network to promote their programs. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.26.68.27 (talkcontribs)

Apologies to 66.26.68.27 and any others negatively effected by my e-mail.

edit

To 66.26.68.27, I apologize for the inital deletion of this discussion page yesterday without giving you a proper response. Seeing my personal e-mail on the main article page yesterday without at least receiving a warning notice from you to explain myself first bothered for a moment, but this morning I realized my mistake and I apologize.

The e-mail stating the premiere date in the subject line with this Wikipedia link inside was sent by me, and was in no means meant to be spam. I am and never have been an employee of Cartoon Network, or any other companies involved with the production of this program. The reason behind these broad reaching e-mails is simply a lone geek that was reaching out to various parties I assumed (Yes, I know: "When you assume, you make an Ass out of U and Me.") might have at least a passing interest in this series. In the past, I have witnessed too many interesting short-lived programs come and go without a proper notice to those groups of people that might have actually enjoyed them if they had been aware ahead of time.

Once again I apologize to anyone that I might have bothered. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.154.33.83 (talkcontribs)

Strata Operator

edit

Is that Dana Snyder (voice of Master Shake from ATHF)? It looks and sounds familiar, but he isn't credited in the closing credits. (but then again, neither is Trey Parker for singing the theme song) HumanZoom 05:20, 26 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yes. I thought it was mentioned in the article, but it's not.. someday. MGlosenger 05:59, 26 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
Trey Parker is credited in the end credits; there's a part where they credit "Saul of the Mole Men Theme" written by (whoever), music by Jon Kimmel (I think), sung by Trey Parker. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.95.27.5 (talk) 20:18, 24 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Yep. That's Dana Snyder. Playboy Playmate Irina Voronina plays the mutant girl too. I can make some screenshots of the show for the episode listings. Thing is I'm a newb and lost when it comes to how they get posted here. User:Velshtein 20 March 2007

Off the face of the earth

edit

Is it just me, or has this show all but disappeared? Sporadically I can get a webisode off of adult swim.com, but I cant seem to find any venue by which I can get a full DVD set, not peer to peer appearances of the show, and no youtube mention of it. Its a shame that something so stupidly hilarious is gone. If anyone knows where I can find anything about DVD's or otherwise, please drop me a line in my talk page.--Davou 05:41, 11 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thomas Jefferson, American Phantasm

edit

Anyone know more details about this? Is this instead of season 2 of Saul of the Mole Men, or in addition? Madlobster (talk) 22:08, 8 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Could this have been renamed to Young Person's Guide to History? Madlobster (talk) 04:55, 27 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Original Run

edit

Does the original run go until the series is over or until it stops running for a short period of time? Because it no longer runs on [as]. 76.16.188.239 (talk) 16:05, 20 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Saul's Accent

edit

Does anyone know what kind of accent Saul Malone has? It almost sounds New Englandish, when he says Rock it sounds like he's saying Rack which is similar to Family Guy where Peter Griffin sounds like he's pronouncing the name of Joe's wife Bonnie as Barney. Simon Bar Sinister (talk) 22:39, 8 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Question withdrawn, I see in the article that it does mention that Saul is from Buffalo, New York. Simon Bar Sinister (talk) 23:19, 26 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Stupid Show?

edit

Okay can anyone please explain to those of us that usually change the channel, the apparent confusion as to what this show is supposed to be about? Like who the hell is Johnny Tambourine, why does he wear a crown, a sash, and appear to be in a glass bubble? Why did they go underground? Is this supposed to be some kind of misguided spoof? The article is severly lacking in any kind of description of the characters and their purpose. I was trying to make some kind of sense of this show and thus far it seems like it's just plain stupid. Possibly the worst of the live action shows on adult swims line up, which isn't saying much since all of their live action shows seem to be both a waste of time and what little money is obviously invested in them. In fact I have to wonder what adult swim thinks of it's audience to put such ridiculous crap on the air, it's basically a bunch of muppets and crappy props with a green screen and poorly written dialog, and no discernable plot. It's like a bad porno without the sex, which just makes it a waste of time. Perhaps if I offend some of you fan boys enough you might actually take the time out to write some coherent information on the show so the rest of us can try to understand it. I might add that Craig Lewis should stick to writing childrens cartoons as the ones mentioned are at least mildly entertaining.
