Inappropriate tone issue

I am new to en.wiki so I hope this is the most appropriate template. The article is written from the organization's viewpoint (actually uses "we" do this and that). I wouldn't go as far as saying it is non NPOV, at least as long as it provides objective data. Also, its is poorly wikilinked (e.g., I'm almost sure that this Douglas Adams has nothing to do with 42. I stand corrected: it's him. I am not sure about the redirect from Save the Rhino Trust as seemingly an organization with that name runs the Palmwag reserve in Namibia, but it is unclear whether these are the same. I tried to update the formatting on this page to reduce the amount of bullet points used. I also toned some of the corporate language down and cut some of the extraneous information that was originally included. I also tried to reduce the length of the sections and order them more logically (hopefully it makes sense). The lack of citations is still an issue that needs resolving.
