- Support WP:SMALLDETAILS is a policy, and there's no statement that it only applies to "mega-notable exceptions". The WP:CRITERIA are the question here, and I think just Scandal! is best per both SMALLDETAILS meaning Precision isn't going to raise issues here, and per Concision which supports removal of unneeded disambiguators.
