Comments
edit- You repeat who wrote the episode in the lead, so it might need some rewording
- First sentence of plot has a lot of commas, which are kind of distracting
- You jump from Bobby being terrified to Scully hypothesizing. When did she arrive there? It seems kind of abrupt.
- "Ramirez tells Mulder that Karin Matthews' father's death" Removed bolded
- ""Schizogeny" was written by first-year staff writers Jessica Scott and Mike Wollaeger, who had previously worked on The X-Files in non-writing jobs, and eventually became known as "The Killer Tree Episode" amongst the cast and crew" Split into two sentences
- Who called the writing process "abnormal"?
- "editors feared that his mumbly voice" Who's voice?
- "would not be uncomfortable during the sinking scenes" -> would be comfortable? (trying to avoid double negatives)
- "The shot that called for Karin Matthew's" Isn't her name Karin Matthews? So it would be Karin Matthews' ... Same for another sentence in that paragraph
- "An addition tree limb" additional
- Specify you mean Canadian government
- Be consistent with ratings in lead and reception section (21.37 vs 21.3 - technically similar I know but still an issue)
- Why did VanDerWerff think it might have been one of the series' worst?
- As in the past, be consistent with date formatting
Thanks for sprucing up the article! I'll place this review on hold for seven days while the above comments get addressed. Thanks, Ruby 2010/2013 02:31, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
