Justification for move of Schoenoplectiella species to Schoenus species
editHi @Plantdrew: I note you moved Schoenoplectiella mucronata, Schoenoplectiella hallii, and Schoenoplectiella saximontana to the genus Schoenus. I was hoping you would explain why. I note that Schoenoplectiella mucronata is the name accepted by the Council of Heads of Australasian Herbaria (see APNI: Schoenoplectiella mucronata and by the Plants of the World Online database (see POWO: Schoenoplectiella mucronata). Schoenoplectiella hallii is the accepted name according to Plants of the world online. Similarly, Schoenoplectiella saximontana is the name accepted by Plants of the world online.
