@Vschmitt777 I have created the article based on your discussions with Eviolite and because I believe you have correctly interpreted the WP:GEO policy as well as conveyed the information in a way that conforms with WP:NPOV. However, if you were paid for this submission, you must disclose so to be in compliance with Wikimedia Foundation rules. If you created this article on your own without compensation, but are under the employ of the district, you must still disclose your conflict of interest both here on and your user page. Please review the COI editing guidelines carefully and if they apply to you, be sure to update your user page accordingly.
