Academic Division
editThe box says Academic Division of Medicine & Surgery (Formerly the School of Medicine). The School of Medicine website (accessed today) says School of medicine, and the university is deivided in to faculties and the faculties in to schools. Where does this "academic division" come from?Billlion 19:33, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
- Oh dear, what about a bit of clarity here? Catherine Chisholm cannot have been the first medical student, surely the first female medical student. And the link to Stopford leads to a rugby league football player, not the famous anatomist and medical peer. Is this article being written by people who do not know what they are doing? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.62.91.38 (talk) 21:04, 13 July 2009 (UTC)
Faculty no longer exists
editThe School of Medicine doesn't strictly exist anymore, at least not in its current wiki format. The Faculty of Medical and Human sciences and The Faculty of Life Sciences have merged (as of August 2016) to form The Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health. The School of Medicine therefore changed to a broader, School of Medical Sciences. I made simple edits to reflect this, but was told to 'refrain from making unconstructive changes'. Please explain what is wrong in keeping this page up to date. Koryjstout (talk) 08:57, 13 March 2017 (UTC) Koryjstout
