Hi, I have discussed this article on (user) 15's talk page, this article should have enough notability. To answer the question, "Is Schools of Opportunity a program, project, prize or organization?" (from a comment on the draft page) Schools of Opportunity is a program that gives out prize/rewards to schools, I have fixed that issue. Thanks for looking at my draft, I really appreciate it.
