On this date
editI don't have any problem with this article itself, but it's very misleadingly referenced in "on this Day" on the main page. The blurb there claims that Robert the Bruce was crowned at Scone Palace (with the note "pictured"). He certainly was not crowned at the present palace, which is the natural reading of the paragraph, since it was constructed in the 1808, 502 years after the event. I think that entry should be modified, but I have no idea how to do so.

Scone or Old Scone
editBeing a native from Scone I've always heard as the palace being in "Old Scone" rather than "New Scone" (which has been re-named Scone) built to rellocate the people who used to live on what are now the palace grounds.
