- I see what it's trying to say, but I don't know how to say it either. It's probably worth somehow saying that scramble bands are prevalent at the schools that are more eccentric/less strict in their ways/not public colleges/not community colleges/small and private schools. --└ Smith120bh/TALK ┐ 03:23, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
