Capitalisation of title

- @Peter Southwood, I just tried moving the title to the lowercase "radar". Problem is, in 2009, a user named @Viriditas created a redirect using that spelling. So, since that page already exists, the only way to get this moved is to request a technical move from someone with permissions to do that.
