The micro-nation
editThis page was created to show the many legitimate uses of the name "Sealand". The existing "Sealand" page presently contains an article only about the so-called "Principality of Sealand", while the entry article page called Principality of Sealand has been redirected to the Sealand page. The existing Sealand page should be redirected to Sealand (disambiguation) and the present contents of the Sealand page should be removed to where they belong on the Principality of Sealand page and the redirect then removed from that page. - While I sympathise with the general point, don't argue too far. I doubt too many people call New Zealand "Sealand". jnestorius(talk) 20:03, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Sealand → Sealand (disambiguation) – Principality of Sealand is clearly the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Due to Wikipedia's naming pattern for micronations, this article should be redirected to Principality of Sealand and the contents of this page should be moved to Sealand (disambiguation). For reference, here's a comparison of the top ten (the limit of the website) articles listed here compared, by pageviews, Principality of Sealand leads by far. https://pageviews.wmcloud.org/?project=en.wikipedia.org&platform=all-access&agent=user&redirects=0&range=latest-20&pages=Principality_of_Sealand%7CSealand,_Flintshire%7CMoD_Sealand%7CZealand%7CSealand_Helicopters%7CSealand_national_football_team%7CSealand_of_the_Pacific%7CSeaLand%7CShort_Sealand%7CArchitecture_%26_Morality Seungri400 (talk) 19:27, 23 March 2023 (UTC)
- Support Per nom. I see the nation as the clear primary topic for numerous years. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 10:13, 24 March 2023 (UTC)
- Oppose. WP:RECENTISM. The RAF station is also pretty long-term significant. No clear primary topic here. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:19, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
- Support. Pageviews appear to be on the side of the nominator, and I wouldn't say an unreasonable level of WP:RECENTISM applies here, since the Principality has been around for decades and appears to have long-term notability, even if it has not lasted as long as the RAF station.
