Merger
editMerger is seconded. Nannadeem (talk) 13:10, 21 June 2016 (UTC)
- Seaman Service Book focusses on the documentation in Pakistan, Continuous Discharge Certificate in India, but there are other around the world which fulfill the same purpose including:
- Merchant Mariner Credential, a US credential
- Merchant Mariner's Document, UK and formerly US
- The question then is why should India and Pakistan have their documentation pages merged, but not keep the other separate. My view is that we should keep them all separate (adding some links between them) or merge them all. Klbrain (talk) 18:21, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

General article for seamen's identity documents
editHi @Wikibear47, we still need an article about the general concept of a seaman's identity document, see d:Q363833. Thank you, Gnom (talk) 05:50, 11 September 2024 (UTC)
