A 'no' from me. The merger would create too much emphasis on Australian developments and take the focus away from the technology, which is what the page really is about. Do it, but steps will need to be taken to make desalination in Australia a subtopic or subsection. Unless desalination becomes a category (under which the current page would be just one of several pages), desalination in Australia does not really deserve its own page.Ecthelion83 (talk) 18:34, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
