Derby
Some of the statements surprise me so I must assume that my experience (1958-65) in Derby was atypical. Derby had two large specially built secondary technical schools (Henry Cavendish and Noel-Baker) and selection was at the time of the eleven plus. The schools had a fairly good reputation and flourishing sixth forms Linuxlad 13:09, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
