Map

edit

I think the map may be misleading because although it may accurately represent the borders of the Sedgefield constituency, I don't think it represents the borders of the others correctly (unless they *all* match up to the local authority borders, which would be unusual) -- Joolz 19:00, 18 May 2005 (UTC)Reply

Good point. I could make a copy removing the other borders if people thought a map would be useful on this page. I put it here more because it already existed than because I thought it was needed. Joe D (t) 19:39, 18 May 2005 (UTC)Reply
It was wrong anyway - the constituency is NOT co-terminous with the district! See The Parliamentary Constituencies (England) Order 1995 and election-maps.co.uk. I have provided a correct map and boundary info. --Keith Edkins 10:15, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Proposed constituency changes

edit

This section begins, "Under proposed constituency changes announced in September 2016, the constituency will be abolished. The proposals, if accepted, are expected to take effect in 2018." Were the proposals accepted? Did they take effect in 2018? Hald (talk) 16:34, 6 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

The proposals have not been accepted or laid before parliament.OrkneyLad1996 (talk) 20:56, 6 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
