The work by Ismaiel Ibraheem Abdou(2019) which is a criticism/(tribute) to a selection of Rikabi's poems and is in turn reviewed by Jassem at the Iraqi news agency; The selection to recite poem for UNESCO Women's Poetry day in 2019 are notability indicators. Many of the other references may be blogs/book openings which may not count toward RS. More definitive citation on scientic works or review thereof would help.
