Removed refs

The inclusion of Frost in Refs may be simple cluelessness, and not an attempt to bolster this article with another that concerns this topic only via the same ref; i've moved it to See also. The other two refs i've removed:

*Rafael Guarga on Rolex Awards
*[1] - California farmers harnessing temperature inversion using a fan, to prevent frost

The Rolex one is among the half dozen hits i found, mostly in Farsi, and the second makes no ref to the term and is too vague to do more than suggest that something similar is done on a different scale.

http://rolexawards.com/en/the-laureates/rafaelguarga-the-fruits-of-success.jsp

would have been better, but still relies on the Rolex Awards, which exist to make a toy for rich bastards seem more significant, whose recipients

_ are surely determined significantly by their potential to make those RBs feel they belong to a heroic and diverse fraternity, and
_ likely to amount to those whose potential ads arise in a series of brainstorming session by ad-agency writers and artists and then survive reviews based predominantly and crucially on contribution to the Rolex image.

Bottom line, Rolex is not a reliable source. So what, if there were other refs for this device. But there aren't.
