editCan someone please cite a source for the claim that RU 486 (mifepristone) is a selective progesterone receptor modulator? I've never seen it referred to in that manner. It is generally considered an anti-progestin or progesterone receptor antagonist. -- Kiral 00:54, 29 August 2006 (UTC)
- I agree. RU 486 is not a SPRM (tissue selective mixed agonist/antagonist) but rather a full PR antagonist.Boghog2 21:23, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
