Article Needs Some Reformating
editThis looks like a paper was uploaded. The information is serviceable, there have been a number of useful contributions since its creation, and the page gets 10 or so hits a day, but the all caps formatting is awful. Visually obtrusive, also strange to being citing the caption of a figure without presenting the figure. I'll change them all to sentence case, but some very well should be removed. This article was tagged citing "editorial notes and article captions that suggest future work, but it's been years-dormant." This is not what copy editing is. We do not do additional work on articles; We edit existing work for spelling, tone, and grammar. We are not concerned with finding figures and information for articles. Tag removed.
