Is the article's content relevant to the topic?
Self cultivation is the art of integration and coordination of mind and body. It is considered a form of psychotherapy and goes beyond self help but also enhances self determination and characterization building. According to the article, humans develop an innate need for self improvement and have unlimited potential. This article is written neutrally but also incorporates religions beliefs and historical and concepts of western culture. It does not however, incorporate the barriers of self cultivation amongst a government system and who it effects if there are historical barriers.
