editWhat is a "municipality session"? I'm guessing it's a piss-up, which would make sense in the context, but I'm probably wrong.
Ridley speech
editThere's some disagreement over whether the article should mention that Ridley inadvertently credited a quote from William J. H. Boetcker to Abraham Lincoln, during the inaugural speech of the group. Is this a notable (and WP:RS-discussed) gaffe, or just POV-tinged trivia? --McGeddon (talk) 17:07, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
- I am a Third Opinion Wikipedian. I have removed your Third Opinion request from the list of current requests for opinions at the Third Opinion project. The instructions on the Third Opinion project page say, "Before making a request here, be sure that the issue has been thoroughly discussed on the article talk page. 3O is only for assistance in resolving disagreements that have come to a standstill." You might want to consider WP:CNB or [[WP:RFC] as an alternate source for help in resolving your dispute. Best regards, TRANSPORTERMAN (TALK) 18:48, 14 June 2010 (UTC)
