We need a disambiguation
editI just typed in SCIF to discover that we already had this term here. Just to point out, SCIF also stands for State Compensation Insurance Fund in California and Strategic Community Investment Fund on Prince Edward Island. We need a disambiguiation page here, though I'm not experienced in creating this. --Coolcaesar 23:11, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
A great article about SCIFs was recently in the Washington Post. Portions should be incorporated into this Wikipedia entry: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2006/05/27/AR2006052701153.html?nav=rss_nation/special --Blakis 17:34, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
SCIF Countries
editThis article (or whoever wrote it) is unfortunately guilty of American (Tunnel) Vision/AmericEarth. SCIF is not unique to the US, it's not a US specific term or facility. Australia, New Zealand, UK and probably many other English speaking countries ALL have SCIFs.
It would be good if this article could be edited to reflect that SCIF is a generic termed used by most english speaking western countries, and not a US specific/ONLY term; and remove it from the "US PORTAL" come on guys. Basic research would show this.

Image replacement
editA non-biased image depicting a Skif should be used so as to not look as if trying to sway potential public opinion around skif's by using the current political climate around Mar-a-Lago as the only example imgae available. 2601:1C0:5501:3590:5431:203:828E:FAE3 (talk) 01:23, 20 August 2022 (UTC)
Mobile/Temp SCIFs
editThe article claims that there was a SCIF at Mara-Lago but several news organizations have said in reports that there was not. Are the sources credible? The CNN article uses Trump's press secretary as the source which possibly not be credible. 2601:152:980:9BA0:198:EF4D:8A1D:3127 (talk) 13:51, 2 October 2022 (UTC)
