A very nice article, most of the issues I found I tweaked. I just have one sentence of confusion:

  • "However late on September 8 they declared that the disturbance had dissipated again before during the JMA also reported that the depression had dissipated." Again before during? Yeah, I'm confused as to what that part of the sentence means.
