Value of Van Gogh paintings
editThe list says: "2016 – Two paintings with a combined value of $100 million are recovered after having been stolen from the Van Gogh Museum in 2002", but the linked article Van Gogh Museum#Art thefts says, "The FBI Art Crime Team listed the robbery on their Top Ten Art Crimes list, and estimates the combined value of the paintings at US$30 million." Maybe the figures and currencies got mixed up somehow, as the linked article also says "The museum offered a reward of €100,000"? JezGrove (talk) 20:21, 30 September 2020 (UTC)
Comiskey Park
editIn 1990, the Chicago White Sox played their last game at Comiskey Park, defeating the Seattle Mariners 2–1. Harold Reynolds, for Seattle, was the last man at the plate. IXPpl (talk) 03:18, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
Relevance
editJust curious, what counts as non-relevant? i posted another date on the page and in less than 30 minutes it was taken down, how do i know if its relevant enough? ExistingPersonWhoExists (talk) 15:17, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
- The general guidelines for relevance of events can be found here, although it says little about events as opposed to holidays and observances. The general place for 1960 TV show premiers would be in Category:1960 American television series debuts, where it is already listed. It is listed there because The Flintstones has
[[Category:1960 American television series debuts]]
at the bottom of the source. For this particular case try and imagine what would happen to Days of the year pages if every TV show premier was listed on these pages or how it could be determined which TV shows could be considered sufficiently relevant. Hope this helps. Winston365 (talk) 19:44, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
