Telegony

edit

It seems like Moon’s take on this idea could be described as a theological version of telegony since he claims the human bloodline is tainted by Satan despite Adam actually being the biological father of Eve’s children. Conversely, the P'ikareum ritual could be described as a sort of reverse telegony (i.e. having sex with someone to purify your bloodline!) The parallel seems obvious to me, but I’m not sure if we’d need an external source to make this connection in the article. 2600:1014:B00F:DCA0:DD14:350F:5BF:79CE (talk) 22:35, 4 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Millenarian, not millennial (correction needed in Doctrine section)

edit

The word "millennial" in this sentence is incorrect; the topic being discussed actually is about "millenarian" teachings (the Wikipedia page for that is Millenarianism):

"Some groups are markedly militant on the subject because of their millennial teachings, and as a result, they believe that at the end of days, a final battle will be fought in which the pure race will triumph over the impure race." Life Adventure (talk) 04:59, 13 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
