Seth Brown (baseball) → Seth Brown – Unnecessary dab, this article should be at the base name as primary target. Article should have a hatnote for the politician. MB 14:53, 3 October 2022 (UTC) — Relisting. — Shibbolethink (♔ ♕) 20:21, 10 October 2022 (UTC)
- Oppose, not convinced there's a PRIMARY by long-term significance.--Ortizesp (talk) 23:08, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
- Since both articles have existed, the baseball player averages 26 views/day to 1/day for the 19th century politician ([1]. In addition, the baseball player is the only title match, the politician is Seth W. Brown adding another distinction. MB 00:14, 4 October 2022 (UTC)
- People who have WP:MIDDLE names are generally full matches for the purpose of disambiguation but per the views there may be a primary topic anyway. Crouch, Swale (talk) 06:01, 7 October 2022 (UTC)

- Oppose. No primary topic here. -- Necrothesp (talk) 12:37, 12 October 2022 (UTC)
- Support per WP:PRIMARYUSAGE, WP:ONEOTHER and WP:NATURAL. There's no benefit to a dab page in cases like this. Station1 (talk) 09:52, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
- WP:ONEOTHER does not support your comment unless WP:PRIMARYUSAGE is established, which I do not believe it has been. WP:NATURAL is irrelevant. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:43, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
- I agree ONEOTHER is dependent on PRIMARYUSAGE, but at 96% as MB shows above (more recently 98%), I think primary usage is obvious. NATURAL is just the icing on the cake, since the politician is naturally known as Seth W. Brown in all refs, while the athlete is called simply Seth Brown, despite his middle name. - WP:ONEOTHER does not support your comment unless WP:PRIMARYUSAGE is established, which I do not believe it has been. WP:NATURAL is irrelevant. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:43, 18 October 2022 (UTC)
