This article describes the very same award as Seymour Cray Computer Science and Engineering Award does. Seymour Cray Computer Engineering Award is the correct name, as used in the current website. This article here is up to date, as opposed to Seymour Cray Computer Science and Engineering Award, where there but is a more detailed list. The category is also named like the other one article - and almost empty, besides.
