editwhich came first, the song/album, or the slang use for vendors? can't be both (well, outside the strange acausal world of the dead, that is) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.234.123.226 (talk) 21:39, 18 January 2011 (UTC)
Article name
editThe article name was recently changed from Shakedown Street (vending area) to Shakedown street (vending area), with the word "street" not capitalized. But by Wikipedia guidelines it's better to capitalize it, I believe. The name of the street is Shakedown Street. — Mudwater (Talk) 17:32, 22 August 2015 (UTC)
- Done Thanks for pointing this out. The title has been changed to "Shakedown Street (vending area)", with the word "street" capitalized. Sources refer to it as a proper noun. North America1000 23:29, 24 August 2015 (UTC)
