The recent info added by an IP editor to the Chinese influence section is an attempt to mitigate the perception that Mr. Steel couldn't have been linked to Chinese influence-peddling because he's spoken out about the Chinese. I don't see that connection, and think it's WP:OR. He can be speaking out publicly but making money privately - it won't be the first time a political operative did that. I also question the Falun Gong-linked sources used. Are they reliable sources? TimTempleton(talk)(cont)21:29, 8 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
Statement "speaking out publicly but making money privately - it won't be the first time a political operative did that." is not stated in the citations, and is not helpful, and doesn't lead to honest discussion. Until you have proof that Shawn is doing that which you are suggesting, this best kept in a pub talk? If Shawn has gone on record as denouncing organ harvesting etc. even if a comic book restates his comments and actions. It doesn't matter if it is approved or not? The source is not doing investigative journalism, it might be important to look at other sources. Michaelwma22:04, 6 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
