Help me, please, with the cover image

Hi! Could anyone please help me in setting the cover in its right (ahem! centred...) place? I don't know what I did wrong, but I still have a whole lot of probs with cover arts... Please do help me work this cover drawback out! I'm really getting crazy about it! Thanks a lot...
