Y-chromsome-carrying (male) sperm stronger and faster?

edit

That needs substantiation or removal. What /is/ true is that sperm carrying a Y chromosome will have slightly less mass than one carrying an X chromosome (and so will quite possibly be able to go slightly faster) - but that doesn't make the sperm stronger. It's also debateable as to how much influence such a small difference could have. Lupine nickt 12:02, 22 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

only one source and it is contradictory?

edit

While google brings up 24,000 hits, I am still curious. We need some more sources than just one that contradicts it. --ĶĩřβȳŤįɱéØ 21:23, 14 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Rewritten.

edit

I've rewritten the article as well as removing the stub and non-objective tags. One or the other might still be appropriate and I leave it up to other Wikipedians to make that decision.Eljamin 17:40, 24 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
