Hi,
i am a past student of shingai for 10 years from 1989-1999. in the last few years i have lost regular contct with shinagi. i have only just discovered that he died over 2 years ago and i am very saddened by this. can someone please let me know what happened and where he is buried? the last contact i had with shingai was just after the sho international exposition in 2005 in which i had a piece of shodo. since then we have had only one telephone conversation and he sent me a photo on the exhibtion including my piece, 'utsuroi'. i live in melbourne australia and would really appeciate knowing what happened to shingai who had a profound influence on my life. cheers adrian
