• The image caption is odd. I understand that the image is taken from the website, but surely it is a promotional image for the anime?

• the main antagonist in Production I.G's anime series, Psycho-Pass. - when you use a comma here, it sounds as if Production I.G only has made a single anime series. You can avoid this by simply removing the comma.

• the society created by the Sybil System, in which people are treated according to their stress level - for someone unfamiliar with Psycho-Pass, it's unclear what this means.
• Makishima is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai in Japanese, and Alex Organ voices him in English. - this would read better if the two clauses were structured similarly, for exemple "Makishima is voiced by Takahiro Sakurai in Japanese, and by Alex Organ in English."

I don't know if you skipped a word or what. Also, "witt" should be "with"

Casting

• Sakurai grew to like the character to the point that he felt like Makishima was not dead. What does this mean?

• they considered giving Makishima an extra scene in episode 20 in which the character talks to Sung, but it was not included on the DVD. The wording here is slightly odd. If it was intended to be created as an additional scene for the DVD release, you should lead with that instead of tacking on "the DVD" at the very end, as if the scene was included in some other release.

• This, too, is a little difficult to follow without some more context for what the setting is like.
