Splitting
editThe article was split from Short circuit ratio that described two different concepts (see the talk page there). The rewriting had been started, but a lot of material is still old, with few sources. Викидим (talk) 02:18, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
Impact on grid
editThe section with this name contains unsourced text. It is very unclear which SCR values are referred to in the section (many traditional generators have short circuit ratio (synchronous generator) (thus matching the context, this version of SCR is a subject of another article) way less than 1. Either we need to locate the source (and, possibly, move to another article about the SCR), or the confusing section should be deleted. Викидим (talk) 05:14, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
At the load terminals
editThe SCR is also important at the load terminals. The definition is the same as for the generator (SCMVA/nominal power), but the target values are, naturally, much higher (about 20.0 and more). Not sure if this deserves another article or a section here. Anyhow, I am looking for good sources for now, but anyone is welcome to pitch in. Викидим (talk) 16:52, 30 June 2023 (UTC)
