Infobox Change

I changed the article to use Infobox_french_canal rather than Infobox Canal. I tried to add length, elevation and some other info to the old infobox but it forces imperial units. It also gave weird spacing between certain entries. The French template didn't have these issues. I also resized the images to align wkith the new infobox.
