Sidi Slimane Province

On 6 September 2010 IP editor 173.179.58.224 added "is a newly formed province and" to the lead sentence without citation. It has now been over three years and no substantiation has been provided showing a "Sidi Slimane Province"; notably it is not noticed at Statoids. However, the Arabic Wikipedia has an article on it إقليم سيدي سليمان, indicating that it was formed in 2010 out of southwestern Kénitra Province. There are also articles in the Italian and French Wikipedias. The Sidi Slimane City website cites the newspaper Le Matin du Sahara et du Maghreb for a description, area and population figures, indicating that the new province includes the urban areas of Sidi Slimane and Sidi Yahya El Gharb|Sidi Yahya. The French Wikipedia indicates that it was created on 11 June 2009 by decree no. 2-09-319. On this basis and the sources therein, I have created a Sidi Slimane Province article, and adjusted the lead here in conformity. --Bejnar (talk) 21:28, 28 May 2014 (UTC)
