Negative connotations
edit"Silver tongue" does not necessarily refer to one who lies, or carry a general negative connotation. Perhaps an editor was confusing the term forked tongue. The Oxford Dictionary defines it as eloquent or persuasive[1]. The only negative connotations I see are when it is combined with other negative words, like "silver-tongued devil" or "silver-tongued liar". Hoof Hearted (talk) 17:15, 30 January 2013 (UTC)
