Simalia and Morelia
editI noticed that some species put by Reynolds et al. (2014) in genus Simalia are still said to belong in genus Morelia in their respective pages. The exceptions are Simalia amethistina and Simalia oenpelliensis. Is there a reason for this or is it just an inconsistensy? As far as I know all seven species (amethistina, boeleni, clastolepis, kinghorni, nauta, oenpelliensis, and tracyae) belong in the same genus, which is Simalia according to Barker et al. (2015)[1], the Reptile Database[2], and Wikispecies[3], to name a few.Kiwi Rex (talk) 23:40, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
