While there may have been an issue with the verbatim posting of a press release (it's hard to tell), there is emphatically NOT a copyright infringement with the linked material. It's CC-attribution licensed. It's unfortunate to have this article obscured at the very time most people will find it useful. Please open the page for editing again. Okay, to clarify: The head of the project that makes available the CC material on Prast WANTS it to be used, with attribution. I'm a member of the trust board of the same project. Our CC content is widely cited on Wikipedia. I would be grateful if this could be cleared up as soon as possible. In the meantime, I will advise our general manager to email you asap. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Russb10 (talk • contribs) 07:51, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
- The NZ On Screen website says the content is licensed CC-By-NC. Per Wikipedia:FAQ/Copyright it means content from their article cannot be copied and pasted into this article, Non-Commercial is an issue. If NZ On Screen wants it's text to be available for use on Wikipedia then the easiest solution would be to change the license to a compatible one. XLerate (talk) 08:21, 28 June 2010 (UTC)
The copyrighted material you may be refering to was cut and pasted from a previous wikipedia page for this person that was held in the google cache, was not aware the orginal auther had cut and pasted from another website. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.195.12.4 (talk) 04:36, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
In the interests of getting a good page setup for Simon Prast (I have no connection to this person, just a fan) I have removed the copyrighted material, I put it up without knowing of issues, so felt I can remove.
