these sections are used for advertising projects. the list will hardly ever be complete, is likely to become out of date and, most importantly, introduces bias.
i propose to remove the section "Language bindings for the SCGI API", and to remove hyperlinks to libraries under "External links".
i do not see listing only the bindings for popular languages as a possible compromise.

This is the only list I'm aware of with the links to the SCGI handler implementations. If there is another list where the handlers are listed then by all means, remove this one from Wikipedia replacing it with a link to the proper list. As it is, it might be hard to find some SCGI implementations if not for the Wikipedia list.
Linking to implementations is a common practice in technology Wikipedia articles, AFAIK. There are even separate lists, like this one. I think this is an important and relevant information for the encyclopaedia and I doubt that the list here will ever become outdated or useless.
