Citations and more sources
editWhile editing this page, I noticed that several of the sources did not meet Wikipedia's content requirements, such as outdated or dead links and blog posts. To that end, I plan to add more sources regarding the History section, the official STE website, and resources detailed in the Tools section. I also removed a footnote placed in the reference section and added it into the article's main text. Marshlashl (talk) 18:44, 9 November 2023 (UTC)
Lead section and further edits
editAs part of another round of edits, I made sure to focus on the lead section, as it is important for any article to have a clear and concise opening. To that end, I made some minor grammatical changes and placed more focus on the information pertinent to the rest of the article. I also made various other edits across the page, including adding more hyperlinks in the Writing Rules section, editing the References list to either remove unnecessary sources or add written material back into the main text, and removed repetitive information from the History and Aerospace and Defense Standard sections.
