"It is a very fast database"
editReally? No offensive but this doesn't seem like the sort of thing that should be on a Wikipedia page especially as it's not even a Database but a Database Management System. Also shouldn't at least some performance tests be referenced here? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Thebobbrom (talk • contribs) 08:45, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
Agreed, this reads very much like marketing materials instead of a neutral description of a technology. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.4.212.182 (talk) 08:41, 31 March 2020 (UTC)
Integration into mySQL
editAre there any plans to integrate this into MYSQL by Oracle? 87.79.118.174 (talk) 03:47, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
No, MemSQL is a separate company than Oracle, and both are private companies. MemSQL is wire compatible with MySQL but is not MySQL. q (talk) 05:48, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
ACID Compliance
editMemSQL by default is not ACID Compliant. Removed references to that, and all together the content contradicted throughout the page. I think it makes sense to clearly indicate the details in a section of the article, but not sure the best way to do that. Any thoughts on a way to accurately convey the ACID compliance of MemSQL? q (talk) 14:22, 13 May 2016 (UTC)
